Agency questions

Scope before assumptions.

Can we start with a single client location?

Yes. A paid pilot can cover one client or location. The work, reporting, price and review point are defined in writing. Additional locations are scoped separately.

Does local SEO include work on the website?

It can. Service pages, location pages, internal links, structured data and other on-site changes are itemized in the scope. Profile management and website execution are not assumed to be unlimited.

What do the local reports include?

The agreed work completed, profile activity, local visibility and website performance where access is available. Grid queries, scan frequency and any AI-search checks are agreed for each account.

Who communicates with the client?

Your agency does, unless you authorize another arrangement. We provide updates and branded reporting for your team to review and share.

How do you handle reviews and business information?

We use real business information and authorized content. Review responses and requests follow the agreed approval process. We do not create fake reviews or invent business details.

Do you promise map positions or call volume?

No. Results depend on the business, location, competition and other factors. We capture a baseline, document the work and report observed changes.

Is a call required to get a quote?

No. Send the website, locations, business category and support needed. We ask for missing details and provide a written scope. A call is optional.

Start with the account

What does your local
