1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MaxGrowth Agency’s website (maxgrowthagency.com) or client portal (app.maxgrowthagency.com), collectively “the Services”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services provided
MaxGrowth Agency provides digital marketing services including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, web development, and related consulting. The client portal provides project management, analytics dashboards, messaging, document collaboration, and Google Business Profile management tools for authorised users.
3. Website use
The website at maxgrowthagency.com is publicly accessible and provides information about our services, case studies, and contact forms. By submitting a contact form, you consent to us using your information to respond to your enquiry.
4. Portal access
Access to the client portal requires an invitation from an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Connected Google accounts
When you connect a Google account to the portal via OAuth, you grant the portal permission to access (and, where the scope and your action permit, edit) data on your behalf. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Sheets — read-only access for display, reporting, and analysis inside the portal.
- Google Business Profile — read access for the dashboard (business info, performance metrics, reviews, posts, photos) AND, where you or an authorised agency staff member explicitly clicks a button in the portal, write access to: edit business information, reply to reviews, publish or schedule Local Posts, and upload or remove photos. The portal does not perform any write action automatically. See our Privacy Policy section 2a for the complete list of what we read, what we can write, and what we never do.
You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings or by requesting disconnection in the portal.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access data that does not belong to your account or authorised projects
- Interfere with the infrastructure, security, or availability of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any source code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website without permission
7. Intellectual property
All content on maxgrowthagency.com — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and blog posts — is the property of MaxGrowth Agency and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Data accuracy and write actions
The portal displays data pulled from third-party APIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Business Profile, and others). We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the data is free from errors introduced by the source APIs. For Google Business Profile, write actions (edits, review replies, posts, photo uploads) are submitted to Google’s API on your behalf only after your explicit click; Google then queues, reviews, and publishes the change on its own timeline, which the portal does not control.
9. Service availability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of continuous uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxGrowth Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
